Cozy great historic hotel, magnificent views, beautiful location right in the heart of everything. The staff were pretty friendly and consistently courteous too. All in all everything was great, even so we had very small bathroom.

The staff are friendly professional, rooms are original and fancy, location is decent. Easy check in and excellent service. Moreover, it has excellent wi-fi, really handy. We appreciated the sandy beach, it is located adjacent to the venue.

Terrific stay in the charming area. The property was neat, featured nice design; I appreciated it. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and room was well-kept and silent. The bathroom was large and the furniture was brand new.

The best hotel I've stayed at before now: prime location, exceptionally pleasant staff. Very comfy bed, stylish bathroom and air conditioning, high ceiling and soundproof windows in the room. Fresh breakfast, polite service. Ideally located property.

Right place for a 2-night stay. Terrace was included. Take a look at Old San Juan district, its worth it. The queen room had everything you need, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a coffee maker and a writing table.

View from the window to city. Really enjoyed that they had onsite restaurant Patio del Nispero, no need to go somewhere else. This hotel is equal to 4 stars...

It was a 4-star hotel in every way. We appreciated El Convento. Location in the middle of the city was a plus. There is bari handcrafted pizza located in 5 minutes' walk, where you can eat.
